I had the absolute BEST experience here! I will HANDS DOWN be staying here again and very soon! Location is absolutely prime, it’s very close to the Pike Place market, which is within walking distance, literally steps… Zac checked me in early AND kindly upgraded me to their best room, on the top floor which also included a beautiful terrace. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my stay very welcoming :) The room was very clean and Taylor made sure that I was comfortable and had everything needed to make the stay cozy. I am SO happy and will be staying here again soon - the staff here are the best I have ever experienced staying at any hotel 🏨

Check your credit card bill after staying! Would be a full 5 star review, until they sent me a fishy charge for fifty bucks a week after my stay. They didn't send a receipt or any notification of the charge. When I called they just said it was an 'amenities fee'. This fee was not mentioned in the booking, and was a highly disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely stay. I cannot recommend staying here unless you're fine with unexplained junk fees. Also, it took two calls to get a receipt for this sneaky charge. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay for a business trip, and was impressed with the fantastic staff and great vibe. The location is phenomenal if you're looking to do a little sight seeing, and the bed/shower really made the stay comfortable and cushy. But the garbage charges they made to my credit card? That is very much skippable.

Super cool, modern hotel that's quite old. I loved how they renovated it. Fun wallpaper on every floor and a nice little roof balcony with nice views. We got there four hours before check-in and they had a room available for us to go ahead and go to. We went to Ben Paris for breakfast and it was delicious. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. It's right by Pike Place.

Great room, very convenient location as it is nearby to other tourist attractions like the pike place market as well as grocery stores like target and cvs. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock or proper door, it’s just a barn door, so that’s like one of the cons. Overall, it’s great.

Excellent location. One block away from the market in Pike Place. Very helpful staff, they gave me a free room upgrade with ocean view. Kate was the staff person that checked me in and out. Excellent customer service from her part. She made this trip wonderful. Thank you Kate!

If you want to be downtown near pikes Place, this is the hotel to be in. The staff was wonderful. The hotel design is fun and interesting Â¿ Â¿ check out all the wallpaper on the different floors. My corner room was lovely.
